How long does it take to receive my order?

Since all of our products are made-to-order, production begins once your order has been confirmed. Typically, you can expect to receive your order within 10 to 21 business days after payment is processed and the order is finalized.

Order Processing Queue

Once your payment is successfully processed, your order will enter a 24-hour holding period before it goes into production. During this time, you have the option to modify details like size, color, or quantity, or even cancel your order if necessary.

Production Timeline

The time it takes to produce your items depends on the product type. Generally, production can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days.

Printed Apparel (Partial Print): 3-5 business days
All-Over Print Apparel & Products: 7-10 business days
Canvas Prints: 7-10 business days
Wood & Metal Prints: 3-5 business days

Mugs & Posters: 5-7 business days

For international orders, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery. All shipments come with a tracking link so you can easily monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates depend on both the delivery location and the number of items in your order.

Re-shipment Policy

We will consider re-shipping under the following circumstances:

Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer, causing delivery failure.
The shipping carrier is unable to contact the customer after multiple attempts.

In these cases, the package will be returned to us, and we will re-ship it once we have the correct address and shipping details. The following re-shipping fees will apply:

US: $7 per item
Global: $10 per item

All fees are quoted in USD.

Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?

At this time, we can only ship to a single address per order. If you need to send items to multiple locations, please place separate orders.

Shipping to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses

Yes, we do ship to PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. Please be aware that deliveries to APO addresses can take up to 40-45 days. Once your package reaches the military zone, tracking updates will be unavailable due to security reasons.

VAT and Taxes

We do not charge VAT on international shipments. Any taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. VAT may vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.
