1. Eligibility for Returns & Defective/Damaged Items
We accept returns if your item meets one of the following conditions:
- The product does not match the description: incorrect model, material, or size.
- The product is torn, stained, wet, or has fabric lint.
- The printed design is defective: blurred, misaligned, or incorrect.
- The product is damaged or the print peels off after the first wash.
- The size deviates by more than 1.5 inches from the size chart on our website.
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
- Personalized or specially discounted items may not be eligible for return.
- Returns will not be accepted for damages caused by improper use.

2. Return Address
