- Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Please note:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
International shipping is not available yet, though we are actively exploring global expansion.
- Order Processing Time
Once payment is verified, your order enters the processing stage. Standard processing times are as follows:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) are typically processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, holidays, or promotional events), please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing.
We will notify you via email if an unexpected delay arises.
- Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and dispatched, average delivery times range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary due to regional shipping zones, carrier volume or delays, weather conditions, and national holidays.
If your package has not arrived after 7 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.

We work with a network of trusted logistics partners, including USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service), and FedEx.
Our system automatically selects the optimal carrier based on your region to ensure the fastest and most secure delivery.
- Shipping Fees
We apply a flat shipping fee of $6.99 for all domestic orders, regardless of your location or package size.

- Tracking & Order Updates
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.
Tracking updates include confirmation of shipment dispatch, estimated delivery date, and real-time transit status checkpoints.
