1. Payment Processing

Full payment must be completed before we can begin processing and shipping your order.

Upon placing your order, our system performs a standard authorization check on your payment card to confirm sufficient funds. Your card will only be charged once the authorization is successfully approved.

The amount charged will serve as payment for the total value of the products listed in your order confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to you for reference.

Since our products are custom-made and personalized, production will start only after your payment has been verified and confirmed.

2. Secure Payment Methods

To complete your payment:

• Click on the “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” button on our website.
• You’ll be redirected to our secure payment processor to complete your transaction using your credit card or PayPal account.

All payments are securely processed by PayPal, and the transaction will appear on your credit or debit card statement as PayPal.

Your payment information is never stored or processed on teeyour.com servers, and we do not share your financial details with any third parties.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during your purchase — whether via PayPal or your credit/debit card.

Once your refund is approved, please allow 3–5 business days for your financial institution to reflect the funds in your account.
